Adding juice equipment to an existing line
Identify product, utility, cleaning and control interfaces before buying a replacement or missing juice machine.
Define the machine you want to add
Identify whether the purchase replaces an existing machine, adds a missing duty or expands a current stage. Give the upstream and downstream equipment and describe the material crossing each connection. Buying one missing machine does not require redesigning every plant stage.
Bring actual inventory details
Provide machine names, model information where available, dimensions, operating condition and known rate or product limits. Ownership does not establish fit. Check the liquid path, particle passage, pressure, temperature and cleaning limits against the new duty.
Check more than pipe diameter
Agree connections, utility supply, drainage, safe service access, controls and cleaning coverage. Clarify who provides each pipe, cable, valve and instrument. Existing space and services can limit an otherwise suitable machine configuration.
What to include in your enquiry
Include a simple inlet/outlet sketch, relevant photographs of your own equipment, available utilities and the required product change. Use the initial enquiry to identify the missing data before comparing a final scope.
Start with your boundary
Keep what fits. Specify what is missing.
Bring your existing equipment list into a fruit-specific stage review. A nameplate alone is not an integration specification.
