The feed contains a rind and a seed-bearing interior. Define opening and extraction so the wanted juice/pulp is recovered while unwanted material is controlled. Complete seed crushing is not assumed acceptable.

Choose the liquid objective

Describe retained pulp, coarse fractions and any downstream formulation. The liquid may be used as an ingredient or in a formulated beverage; the equipment route must not mislabel water-added products as NFC.
