Machine structure and working path

Two consecutive screen housings and separate drives are visible. Prepared fruit or pulp crosses the first screen stage, with a second stage available for finer finishing. Screen choice, accepted pulp and rejects depend on the named fruit and target liquid.

Pulping is not pressing

Pulping breaks down or separates edible flesh into a pulp stream; pressing separates expressed liquid from an appropriate mash. Finishing may then control coarse matter or seeds. The offered machine and operating point must identify which job is being performed.

Retained pulp

A pulpy juice requires an accepted edible fraction. Specify particle method, fraction and unwanted material instead of ordering the finest possible screen. Clarification is a further product decision, not another name for finishing.

Downstream compatibility

Review fibre length, particles and viscosity at transfer, heat exchanger and filler. Some streams arrive already finished, so an extra module may be unnecessary.

Configuration and operating basis

Duty
Pulping, seed separation or coarse finishing explicitly stated
Output
Retained edible fraction and unwanted-matter limit
Assembly
Proposed rotor/screen and trial conditions

Inspection and maintenance

Inspect screens, seals and rotor clearances; identify safe disassembly and trapped-seed removal.

Screen aperture alone is not a complete product texture or juice clarity specification.

The quotation sets out the selected configuration, contact materials, tested duty basis, utilities, equipment interfaces and supply scope.

Purchase questions

What capacity should I provide?

State the material and units: raw-fruit kg/h, extracted juice L/h or finished-product kg/h. Include operating hours, cleaning and campaign changes separately. These rates cannot be treated as interchangeable.

Are the displayed images supplied-model evidence?

Equipment images show machine families, not a fixed bill of materials or a verified customer installation. Schematic images mark duties for which no model photograph is shown. The quotation identifies the selected configuration and supply scope.

How does an enquiry reach the team?

The protected form validates your choices and spam-verification result. A service acceptance reference means the receiving service accepted the request; it is not proof of final inbox receipt or a quotation. Keep the reference if delivery is uncertain.
