Juice Clarifier
Produce a clear-liquid target using a tested treatment and separation route.
Defined juice with measured suspended material and product behaviour.

MATCH THE MACHINE TO THE JOB
Feed: Prepared flesh, extracted juice-bearing material or an accepted liquid stream.
Output: Pulp or finished juice meeting an agreed solid-fraction specification.
View equipment details →State whether edible flesh is being recovered or an existing extracted stream needs coarse fractions removed. Describe the wanted retained pulp, fibre or seed boundary. These details determine the screening duty; a pulper or finisher should not be assigned solely from the word juice.
Ask which screen and stage configuration is proposed, how accepted product leaves and how rejects are removed. Evaluate the representative feed and required output together. A finer screen is not automatically the right selection, and finishing alone does not establish clear juice.
Give the particle and viscosity limits of the next pump, heat exchanger or filler. Check screen access, cleaning and service parts in the quotation. Where two stages are offered, ask what each stage is expected to separate rather than treating stage count as a performance guarantee.
Inspect screens, seals and rotor clearances; identify safe disassembly and trapped-seed removal.
Screen aperture alone is not a complete product texture or juice clarity specification.
Describe your incoming material and the required output above. Provide the known duty and units, operating schedule and the upstream and downstream equipment. If a value is undecided, tell us which part you need help specifying.
