Fruit Pulper and Finisher

Control pulp and remove specified unwanted solids at the right stage.

Prepared flesh, extracted juice-bearing material or an accepted liquid stream.

Two different objectives

Finishing controls coarse matter and selected fractions while retaining the specified pulp. Clarification targets removal of selected suspended solids for a clearer liquid. Neither machine should be selected simply because the incoming product is called juice.

Define the product first

State whether you want cloudy, clarified or pulp-containing juice. Specify particles, retained pulp and inlet solids. A clarification step can conflict with a wanted cloud; a finisher may leave fine suspended matter that matters to a clear target.

Compare operating interfaces

Record feed temperature, solids load and the following pump, heat exchanger and filler. Their particle and viscosity limits must match the accepted output. Product sampling and cleaning requirements are part of the comparison, not an optional afterthought.

Questions for your quotation

Ask which fractions the proposed assembly removes, how product and rejects are discharged, and which trial demonstrates the expected output. Request screen or separation details, access and cleaning scope without treating a machine-family image as an offered model.
