Fruit juice equipment quotation checklist

Compare equipment offers by feed, output, configuration, interfaces and inspection scope—not generic machine names.

Product and equipment scope

Identify the fruit, incoming form, target liquid, requested machine and packaging format. Specify whether existing equipment will be retained. Keep direct juice, concentrate, reconstituted juice and formulated beverages distinct.

Configuration and services

Request the selected assembly, product-contact material details, duty basis, utilities, controls and cleaning arrangement. Identify included and excluded connections and any third-party components. Do not infer a fixed bill of materials from the website image.

Trial and inspection

Agree representative feed, samples, trial conditions and an acceptance method for the selected duty. Ask which factory inspection, installation and commissioning activities are included. Record the evidence and responsibilities in the offer.

What to include in your enquiry

Send the machine or stage you want, fruit or incoming liquid, product target, known capacity with units, destination and any retained machinery. A clear initial brief makes the next quotation discussion more useful.

Send your equipment requirement

Start with your boundary

Keep what fits. Specify what is missing.

Bring your existing equipment list into a fruit-specific stage review. A nameplate alone is not an integration specification.
