Deliver inspected fruit to the correct preparation route.
Washing & sorting
Choose the washing action and handling support for the fruit surface, firmness and contamination profile. Soft or damaged material cannot be treated as interchangeable with firm pome fruit.
Match receiving peaks and preparation demand. Record water management, drainage and reject removal; an average conveyor rate does not establish clean fruit quality.
Review fruit damage, removal of unwanted matter, access for inspection and the actual procedure used to release the washer between products.
Inspect belts, brushes, spray areas and collection zones after safe isolation. Cleaning the fruit and cleaning the machine are distinct duties.

Washing does not substitute for fruit-specific peeling, seed separation or preservation.
Request actual model photographs, drawings, construction and contact materials, rated duty with test conditions, utilities and supply/manufacturing responsibility in the proposal.
