Machine structure and working path
Tall stainless evaporation columns, access platforms and pumps are visible in the equipment reference. An evaporator removes water from juice when concentrate is the intended product; feed conditions, evaporation-water duty and condensate handling are not the same as raw-fruit or finished-juice throughput.
Select the evaporation path
Falling-film and plate configurations are offered for low-viscosity juice and liquid-food concentration. Forced circulation is a separate option for more viscous, high-solids or fouling duties. The product's behaviour across the entire concentration range determines the suitable path.
Effect and utility configuration
Single-effect, double-effect and multi-effect arrangements are available with steam or another specified thermal-energy system. Product-contact material options are SUS304 and SUS316L; PLC control and CIP are part of the listed family configurations. Size the evaporation duty from feed solids, target solids and water removed, then check heating and cooling services.
Product identity
Juice later reconstituted from concentrate remains a from-concentrate product route. Restoring soluble solids with water does not turn it into NFC.

Purchase questions
What capacity should I provide?
State the material and units: raw-fruit kg/h, extracted juice L/h or finished-product kg/h. Include operating hours, cleaning and campaign changes separately. These rates cannot be treated as interchangeable.
Are the displayed images supplied-model evidence?
Equipment images show machine families, not a fixed bill of materials or a verified customer installation. Schematic images mark duties for which no model photograph is shown. The quotation identifies the selected configuration and supply scope.
How does an enquiry reach the team?
The protected form validates your choices and spam-verification result. A service acceptance reference means the receiving service accepted the request; it is not proof of final inbox receipt or a quotation. Keep the reference if delivery is uncertain.
