Independent dimension

A juice can be cloudy or clarified before concentration if the chosen process supports that material. Concentration state is distinct from clarity. A line producing direct juice does not need an evaporator just to complete an equipment list.

Compare complete duty

Define feed/product mass or flow basis, solids measurement, evaporation load and quality targets. Assess the offered evaporation system, residence, fouling, aroma handling where relevant and real utility conditions.

Product identity

Juice later reconstituted from concentrate remains a from-concentrate product route. Restoring soluble solids with water does not turn it into NFC.
