Other fruit processing equipment

Local introductions to equipment duties, material boundaries and selection questions.

The equipment families below perform duties within a juice processing route. Use the local equipment pages to compare the duty, received feed, product boundary and trial evidence before defining an integrated line.

Fruit Pulpers and Finishers

Pulpers and finishers separate prepared fruit into pulp and seed, skin or fibre rejects; compare screen trials and product texture before selecting downstream equipment.

Useful when the juice brief needs a defined pulp or coarse-fraction boundary before clarification, treatment or filling. Define seed and fibre limits, screen trials and reject sampling from the actual prepared feed; reconcile product and reject with the measured inlet.

Fruit Crushers

Fruit crushers prepare a declared feed for subsequent pressing or pulping; compare size-reduction objectives and incompatible-stone controls without treating crushing as separation.

Useful when mash preparation must be matched to a receiving press or pulper rather than bought as a stand-alone machine. Specify feed condition, incompatible-stone exclusion, target mash and receiving-machine interface; test the preparation duty rather than treating a crusher as a seed separator.

Vacuum Deaeration Equipment

Vacuum deaerators manage gas removal and liquid discharge for compatible products; compare foam, temperature, sampling methods and the downstream treatment interface during trials.

Useful when a defined air-removal duty is being considered between juice preparation and thermal treatment. Define foam behaviour, inlet temperature, viscosity and measurement method; size the transfer and vacuum interface together without assigning a preservation claim.

Aseptic Bag Filling Equipment

Aseptic bag fillers operate within a coordinated sterile product and package boundary; compare bag compatibility, upstream treatment interfaces and the evidence required for validation.

Useful when bulk aseptic packing is the intended route and the filler must be reviewed with the product treatment boundary. Specify bag and fitment, product-treatment interface, sterile boundary and acceptance evidence; agree the coordinated system before treating filling as an aseptic route.

How to use this directory

Use the linked equipment pages to define the named duty, feed and product boundary. Confirm the proposed trial, connected interfaces and acceptance evidence before selecting a configuration.
