Fruit juice equipment questions
Clarify product identity, retained equipment, capacity and the enquiry boundary.
Can one fruit press process every fruit?
No universal suitability is assumed. Feed structure, peel/rind and seed boundaries determine whether pressing, specialist extraction or pulping is the appropriate duty. Prove the offered assembly with representative fruit.
Does cloudy juice always need clarification?
No. Cloud can be a wanted product property. Coarse finishing and clear-liquid clarification have different objectives. Define the retained pulp and product stability criteria.
Can purchased concentrate become NFC?
Reconstitution starts from concentrate and remains a from-concentrate route. Water-added formulation is also distinct from direct juice. Product and market requirements must be reviewed for the actual offer.
What does an existing-equipment checkbox mean?
It records your inventory for fit review. The retained equipment still needs identified model limits, hygienic condition, sustained rate and interfaces checked. It is not an approval to reuse it.
What capacity should I provide?
State the material and units: raw-fruit kg/h, extracted juice L/h or finished-product kg/h. Include operating hours, cleaning and campaign changes separately. These rates cannot be treated as interchangeable.
Are the displayed images supplied-model evidence?
Equipment images show machine families, not a fixed bill of materials or a verified customer installation. Schematic images mark duties for which no model photograph is shown. The quotation identifies the selected configuration and supply scope.
How does an enquiry reach the team?
The protected form validates your choices and spam-verification result. A service acceptance reference means the receiving service accepted the request; it is not proof of final inbox receipt or a quotation. Keep the reference if delivery is uncertain.
Start with your boundary
Keep what fits. Specify what is missing.
Bring your existing equipment list into a fruit-specific stage review. A nameplate alone is not an integration specification.
