Produce a clear-liquid target using a tested treatment and separation route.
Clarification
Cloudy and pulp-containing products do not automatically need clarification. For a clear target, evaluate pretreatment, centrifugation, filtration or membrane duties against the actual material and quality specification.
Specify sampling temperature, turbidity or other agreed clarity method, yield and stability observations. Review fouling and cleaning with representative fruit and seasonal variation rather than selecting only on a clean-water flow rating.
Account for holding or pretreatment where justified, product losses, concentrate/retentate handling and cleaning utilities. A clarification system can alter the product fractions available to later blending.
Specify membrane/filter compatibility or separator access, validated cleaning and instrument verification.
Do not add this duty to a cloudy/pulpy route without a deliberate product-specification change.
Request actual model photographs, drawings, construction and contact materials, rated duty with test conditions, utilities and supply/manufacturing responsibility in the proposal.
