Find missing fruit juice equipment

Choose your fruit and target juice, then mark the equipment you already own. Build a preliminary gap review.

Stages you already own

A checked stage means Existing โ€” verify fit when relevant. Ownership does not confirm compatibility.

Outside selected route
  • A prepared apple mash press route is the initial comparison basis; prove press type and settings on the actual fruit.
  • Cloud retention and coarse-particle control are separate decisions; clear-juice clarification is not included.
  • Direct juice basis assumes no concentration/reconstitution or water-added formulation; NFC eligibility still requires the actual product and market review.
  • Existing equipment is inventory, not confirmed compatible: verify fruit duty, hygienic condition, throughput, connections and controls before re-use.
  • Thermal treatment and filling are interfacing duties; the product, package and storage plan determine the validated preservation process. No universal time, temperature or shelf life is supplied.
  • Deaeration remains optional pending air, oxidation, foaming and filling evidence.
