Machine structure and working path

The reference shows two stainless vessels with low-level pump and pipework. These can illustrate liquid staging or mixing interfaces, but vessel working range, agitation and ingredient addition method are specific to the offered process. From-concentrate or water-added formulations are not NFC juice.

Two distinct tasks

Reconstitution starts with concentrate and restores the specified juice composition using appropriate water and other permitted components. Formulation can introduce water or ingredients to create a different product. The market-specific product identity must be reviewed.

Measurement

Specify mass or volume basis, concentrate solids, water contribution, mixing and sampling. A refractometer reading alone cannot prove that the entire recipe or legal product identity is correct.

Equipment integration

Match concentrate handling, dosing accuracy and mixing to the material. Coordinate any pulp addition and the downstream treatment/pack route. A blend tank does not itself supply validated preservation.

Configuration and operating basis

Recipe basis
Ingredient identity, additions and measurement units
Dosing
Range, ingredient-specific tolerance and records
Mixing
Homogeneity method, pulp distribution and working range

Inspection and maintenance

Inspect ingredient dead legs, tank drainability and product-change cleaning; protect water and ingredient connections.

Concentrate plus water or a water-added beverage must not be represented as NFC.

Purchase questions

What capacity should I provide?

State the material and units: raw-fruit kg/h, extracted juice L/h or finished-product kg/h. Include operating hours, cleaning and campaign changes separately. These rates cannot be treated as interchangeable.

Are the displayed images supplied-model evidence?

Equipment images show machine families, not a fixed bill of materials or a verified customer installation. Schematic images mark duties for which no model photograph is shown. The quotation identifies the selected configuration and supply scope.

How does an enquiry reach the team?

The protected form validates your choices and spam-verification result. A service acceptance reference means the receiving service accepted the request; it is not proof of final inbox receipt or a quotation. Keep the reference if delivery is uncertain.
