Machine structure and working path

The pictured machine has two enclosed filling heads above drum conveyor lanes, a central control cabinet and overhead product lines. It illustrates aseptic bag-in-drum packaging; other bottles, pouches or closures require distinct equipment and process validation.

Aseptic bag formats

The equipment family covers aseptic bags, bag-in-drum and bag-in-box formats, with a published 1–220 L bag-size reference and larger formats available as options. The pictured arrangement shows two drum handling lanes; small-bag capability requires its own bag support, interface and metering configuration.

Protected filling boundary

A protected aseptic filling chamber receives product already processed for the intended pack and storage route. PLC-controlled automatic filling and CIP/SIP-compatible product paths are listed configuration options. Upstream treatment, the bag interface, closure and transfer connections must work as one validated system.

Acceptance

Measure fill accuracy, closure/seal performance, start/stop losses and accepted output at the actual product conditions. If a filler already exists, verify its restrictions before specifying upstream equipment.

Configuration and operating basis

Packaging family
Aseptic bag, bag-in-drum or bag-in-box, using format-specific equipment
Bag-size reference
1–220 L across the family; larger formats by configuration
Product-contact material
SUS304 or SUS316L
Control
PLC automatic filling control
Cleaning / sterilization
CIP / SIP-compatible configuration
Filling capacity
Project-specific; assessed at the actual bag size, viscosity and filling cycle
Fill accuracy
Acceptance tolerance agreed for the product and metering arrangement

Inspection and maintenance

Inspect nozzles, valves and package-contact zones; define product recovery and cleaning releases.

A filling speed or an aseptic marketing term does not establish a validated product/pack process.

Purchase questions

What capacity should I provide?

State the material and units: raw-fruit kg/h, extracted juice L/h or finished-product kg/h. Include operating hours, cleaning and campaign changes separately. These rates cannot be treated as interchangeable.

Are the displayed images supplied-model evidence?

Equipment images show machine families, not a fixed bill of materials or a verified customer installation. Schematic images mark duties for which no model photograph is shown. The quotation identifies the selected configuration and supply scope.

How does an enquiry reach the team?

The protected form validates your choices and spam-verification result. A service acceptance reference means the receiving service accepted the request; it is not proof of final inbox receipt or a quotation. Keep the reference if delivery is uncertain.
