Machine structure and working path
The open-housing reference shows a driven cylindrical rotor and perforated lower section. Fruit enters the top feed, is broken by the rotating assembly and leaves as mash for the next separation step. Feed size, seed damage and the receiving press must be checked together.
Use condition
A pome-fruit press route commonly needs controlled mash preparation. The working assembly must be compatible with feed dimensions and unwanted inclusions. It is not automatically placed before a whole-fruit specialist extractor.
Press interface
Compare mash condition with drainage, press loading and recovered juice quality. Smaller is not always better: a change in preparation can change fines, handling and press behaviour.
Performance basis
State prepared-feed rate and actual fruit conditions. Motor power alone does not establish a sustained rate or a juice-recovery result.

Inspection and maintenance
Isolate drive energy before inspecting cutters or rotor parts; document wear criteria and safe cleaning access.
Do not assume hard seeds or rind can be crushed without affecting product quality or machine safety.

Purchase questions
What capacity should I provide?
State the material and units: raw-fruit kg/h, extracted juice L/h or finished-product kg/h. Include operating hours, cleaning and campaign changes separately. These rates cannot be treated as interchangeable.
Are the displayed images supplied-model evidence?
Equipment images show machine families, not a fixed bill of materials or a verified customer installation. Schematic images mark duties for which no model photograph is shown. The quotation identifies the selected configuration and supply scope.
How does an enquiry reach the team?
The protected form validates your choices and spam-verification result. A service acceptance reference means the receiving service accepted the request; it is not proof of final inbox receipt or a quotation. Keep the reference if delivery is uncertain.
