Access and site preparation
Allow room for screen removal, press residue discharge, seal service and lifting the actual components. Check loads, drainage, operator routes and separation between fruit receiving and finished-product areas.
Services and first checks
Verify the offered electrical, heating, cooling, water and air requirements against actual site conditions. Inspect pipe support, instrument installation and safe isolation before a fruit trial. Multiple modules may need utilities at the same time.
Maintenance by assembly
Match spare parts and wear criteria to the supplied model and drawing revision. Cutter, press media, finisher screens, pump seals and membrane elements have different inspection tasks. Avoid generic replacement promises based only on an equipment category.
Acceptance record
Keep operating manuals, cleaning limits, instrument checks and training scope with the final equipment offer. Demonstrate product duty and practical service access, then record the as-installed arrangement and remaining conditions.
