Juice Thermal Processing System
Match a validated product-and-package process to the liquid duty.
Juice or formulated product with declared particles, viscosity and temperature.

MATCH THE MACHINE TO THE JOB
Feed: Juice at a stated temperature, gas condition and flow.
Output: Treated juice assessed by the required gas or quality criterion.
View equipment details →Describe the product and the downstream process that needs a defined gas condition. Deaeration should have a specific objective; it is not automatically required simply because the product is juice. Identify the measurement and acceptance basis before comparing vessels.
State liquid temperature, viscosity, flow and available vacuum service. Ask how the proposed arrangement handles the feed and interfaces with the following machine. A quoted vessel vacuum pressure alone does not demonstrate the gas condition of the treated product.
Review the vessel, product distribution parts, seals, instruments and condensate path. Ask which cleaning and inspection activities are included. Keep product transfer and the validated preservation process separate from the air-removal duty.
Review vessel, spray/distribution parts and condensate path access; maintain seals and control instruments.
Quoted vacuum pressure alone does not demonstrate the final gas condition.
Describe your incoming material and the required output above. Provide the known duty and units, operating schedule and the upstream and downstream equipment. If a value is undecided, tell us which part you need help specifying.
