Fruit-specific extraction module for fruit juice processing

Resolve the fruit’s peel, rind or seed boundary with a dedicated offered method.

Fruit-specific extraction module functional input and output schematic
Functional schematic; not a photograph, scale drawing or offered model.

Extraction / pressing

Incoming material
A named fruit and a defined whole/prepared inlet form.
Required output
Juice or juice-bearing pulp separated from specified unwanted fractions.
Specify this equipment duty

Application boundaries

Pineapple whole-fruit extraction must manage peel contact. Pomegranate review centres on aril/rind and seed handling. Passion fruit requires separation of the juice-bearing interior from rind and seeds. These are separate assemblies and trials, not one interchangeable model.

What to demonstrate

Record accepted fruit size and condition, separation quality, recovery basis and unwanted flavour or solid carryover. Identify where coarse finishing occurs and whether the desired edible pulp remains.

Offer interface

Request the exact model, input preparation requirement, waste removal, cleaning and receiving connection. The equipment page defines a procurement duty; application support becomes a confirmed capability only through that evidence.

What an equipment offer must specify

Fruit
Species/variety, dimensions and preparation state
Separation target
Peel/rind/seed limits and sensory acceptance
Performance
Representative trial with quality and yield basis

Inspection and maintenance

Provide access around contact/separation parts and reject paths; identify inspections required between fruit campaigns.

No universal crusher-plus-press substitute or shared specialty-extractor model is promised.

Request actual model photographs, drawings, construction and contact materials, rated duty with test conditions, utilities and supply/manufacturing responsibility in the proposal.
