Control pulp and remove specified unwanted solids at the right stage.
Pulp / seed finishing
Pulping breaks down or separates edible flesh into a pulp stream; pressing separates expressed liquid from an appropriate mash. Finishing may then control coarse matter or seeds. The offered machine and operating point must identify which job is being performed.
A pulpy juice requires an accepted edible fraction. Specify particle method, fraction and unwanted material instead of ordering the finest possible screen. Clarification is a further product decision, not another name for finishing.
Review fibre length, particles and viscosity at transfer, heat exchanger and filler. Some streams arrive already finished, so an extra module may be unnecessary.
Inspect screens, seals and rotor clearances; identify safe disassembly and trapped-seed removal.
Screen aperture alone is not a complete product texture or juice clarity specification.
