Rate basis

Compare raw-fruit feed, extracted juice and finished product on consistent units. Buffering can handle short mismatches; it cannot remove a sustained capacity shortfall or create an unlimited hygienic hold.

Pump and pipe selection

Document line resistance, elevation, valve passages, seal requirements and air ingress. Consider edible pulp and foam, not just a water-flow curve.

Control boundary

Define tank working levels, interlocks, permitted product hold and response to downstream stops. Re-use of existing tanks and pumps requires a fit check, cleaning review and connection drawing.
