Machine structure and working path

The skid image shows heat-exchange modules, product piping, pump, holding path and control cabinet. Heating, holding and cooling duties must be specified separately from a validated time-temperature process for the actual juice and pack.

Tubular heating and cooling

The tubular configuration combines controlled heating, a holding section and cooling for liquid juice and beverage duties. Hot water or steam supplies the heating side; cold water or chilled water supplies cooling. Product-contact parts are available in SUS304 or SUS316L, with PLC control and a CIP cleaning arrangement.

Configurable process window

The tubular equipment family lists an adjustable 72–150°C temperature range and a 15–120 second holding-time range. These are configuration references, not a treatment recipe. Actual temperature, holding-tube volume and controlled flow must be selected together for the product, package and storage conditions.

Acceptance

Specify controlled flow, critical instruments, diversion or response to off-condition operation, records and the filler interface. Include startup, shutdown and cleaning in the offered operating scope.

Purchase questions

What capacity should I provide?

State the material and units: raw-fruit kg/h, extracted juice L/h or finished-product kg/h. Include operating hours, cleaning and campaign changes separately. These rates cannot be treated as interchangeable.

Are the displayed images supplied-model evidence?

Equipment images show machine families, not a fixed bill of materials or a verified customer installation. Schematic images mark duties for which no model photograph is shown. The quotation identifies the selected configuration and supply scope.

How does an enquiry reach the team?

The protected form validates your choices and spam-verification result. A service acceptance reference means the receiving service accepted the request; it is not proof of final inbox receipt or a quotation. Keep the reference if delivery is uncertain.
