Machine structure and working path

The tall vacuum vessel, process pipework, instruments and service pumps form a deaeration assembly. Select it only where the product and downstream process justify air removal. Inlet temperature, viscosity, vacuum service and verified dissolved-gas measurement belong to the offer.

When to include it

Air entrainment, foaming, oxidation sensitivity or a filling/thermal interface can justify review. A dedicated deaerator is not automatically required in every line, especially when an existing process already meets the gas specification.

Quality trade-off

Evaluate temperature, pressure, residence and aroma effects for the actual product. Removing air is not the same as sterilising the juice or proving a shelf-life claim.

Connections

Define pump inlet conditions, closed transfer, vacuum/condensate services and where air could be reintroduced downstream. Measure the result at the relevant process boundary.

Configuration and operating basis

Target
Gas/foam or quality requirement and method
Operation
Product temperature, flow and proposed pressure basis
Services
Vacuum, condensate and downstream pump conditions

Inspection and maintenance

Review vessel, spray/distribution parts and condensate path access; maintain seals and control instruments.

Quoted vacuum pressure alone does not demonstrate the final gas condition.

Purchase questions

What capacity should I provide?

State the material and units: raw-fruit kg/h, extracted juice L/h or finished-product kg/h. Include operating hours, cleaning and campaign changes separately. These rates cannot be treated as interchangeable.

Are the displayed images supplied-model evidence?

Equipment images show machine families, not a fixed bill of materials or a verified customer installation. Schematic images mark duties for which no model photograph is shown. The quotation identifies the selected configuration and supply scope.

How does an enquiry reach the team?

The protected form validates your choices and spam-verification result. A service acceptance reference means the receiving service accepted the request; it is not proof of final inbox receipt or a quotation. Keep the reference if delivery is uncertain.
