Equipment guide / Project decisions
A juice equipment trial that answers the purchase question
Record material, output and interfaces on a consistent basis.
Material and boundary
Identify fruit variety, ripeness, temperature, storage history and preparation already completed. Distinguish whole fruit from prepared edible feed or incoming liquid. Agree which changes in material would require another trial.
Quantity and quality together
Record feed, additions, acceptable juice and residues with measurement units and sampling methods. Include clarity/pulp targets, unwanted fractions and relevant sensory observations. Avoid quoting recovery without the associated product quality.
The next equipment matters
Check transfer pressure, viscosity, particles, air and temperature at the actual handover. A satisfactory extractor test does not establish a retained heat exchanger or filler can accept that stream.
Repeatable operating evidence
Include startup, representative steady operation, changeover and cleaning release appropriate to the project. State exclusions and unresolved conditions in the report. A short demonstration is not an unconditional sustained capacity or shelf-life guarantee.
