Equipment guide / Equipment duty

Fruit-specific preparation for fruit juice processing

Separate what belongs in the product from what does not.

Fruit-specific preparation functional input and output schematic
Functional schematic; not a photograph, scale drawing or offered model.

Fruit-specific preparation

Incoming material
Washed whole fruit or prepared edible material at a declared boundary.
Required output
Mash, flesh, arils or fruit interiors matched to the extraction method.
Specify this equipment duty

Different fruit, different task

Apple mash preparation, pineapple peel management, pomegranate aril separation and passion fruit opening are distinct operations. An offered preparation module must identify which fruit and inlet form it handles.

Material balance

Measure edible output and rejects under stated fruit conditions. Keep preparation loss separate from extraction recovery; otherwise comparisons between whole-fruit and prepared-feed quotations can mislead.

Handover

Specify maximum pieces, seed/rind limits, temperature and holding time before extraction. Feed control and waste paths belong in the scope, not in an unspecified upstream allowance.

What an equipment offer must specify

Inlet
Whole fruit versus purchased prepared flesh or pulp
Separation
Named peel, core, rind or seed boundary
Output
Accepted prepared-feed condition and rate

Inspection and maintenance

Provide access to cutting/separation parts, safe isolation and removal of retained fruit material.

No universal preparation machine or proven multi-fruit capability is claimed; identify the proposed assembly and trial.

Request actual model photographs, drawings, construction and contact materials, rated duty with test conditions, utilities and supply/manufacturing responsibility in the proposal.
