Separate juice from an appropriate prepared fruit mash.
Extraction / pressing
Belt, hydraulic and other pressing arrangements differ in feeding, cycle or continuous operation, cleaning and residue discharge. Select an offered type by actual fruit trials rather than a generic tonnes-per-hour label.
Report juice and residue on the same mass basis, with any added process liquid declared. Compare suspended solids and downstream duty alongside recovery; extracting more liquid does not automatically produce the required juice quality.
Match mash feeding, drainage, juice collection and downstream balance. A batch press can need different buffering from a continuous feed system, and the filler does not consume raw-fruit tonnes per hour.
Specify cleaning of media, belts or internal drainage elements, safe residue removal and replacement access.
A demonstrated apple press does not establish pineapple, pomegranate or passion-fruit compatibility.
Request actual model photographs, drawings, construction and contact materials, rated duty with test conditions, utilities and supply/manufacturing responsibility in the proposal.
