Equipment guide / Equipment duty

Equipment cleaning integration for fruit juice processing

Make re-used and new equipment part of a defined hygienic release.

Equipment cleaning integration functional input and output schematic
Functional schematic; not a photograph, scale drawing or offered model.

Cleaning system

Incoming material
Named product-contact circuits with known soil and material compatibility.
Required output
Equipment released after the applicable verified cleaning procedure.
Specify this equipment duty

Map the real circuits

Separate washer, extractor, separator, tanks, thermal equipment and filler. Identify what can be cleaned in place and what requires dismantling. A single supply connection does not prove coverage of every surface.

Review compatibility

Record construction materials, seals, filter or membrane limitations, soil load and safe operating conditions. Develop cleaning and verification with the actual equipment rather than applying a universal chemical recipe.

Plan production availability

Cleaning duration, fruit campaign changes and inspection access affect usable output. Include them in acceptance and staffing assumptions when comparing equipment combinations.

What an equipment offer must specify

Circuit list
Equipment, returns and manually cleaned parts
Verification
Coverage, residue criteria and release responsibility
Services
Flow, temperature and chemical constraints from actual design

Inspection and maintenance

Provide safe isolation, chemical segregation, drainage and maintained instruments for the cleaning equipment itself.

An existing CIP skid is inventory pending fit review, not proof that a new module is cleanable.

Request actual model photographs, drawings, construction and contact materials, rated duty with test conditions, utilities and supply/manufacturing responsibility in the proposal.
